沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的先決條件是霧化良好的柴油能準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)地噴入燃燒室內(nèi),并且燃燒室里的壓縮空氣要達(dá)到足夠的溫度才能著火、爆發(fā)。要滿足這兩個(gè)條件,就必須在沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組起動(dòng)時(shí)有足夠高的轉(zhuǎn)速和使氣缸內(nèi)有一定的溫度。沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組不能起動(dòng)時(shí),應(yīng)從起動(dòng)工作、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組燃油供給系統(tǒng)和壓縮等方面尋找原因。
The prerequisite for the normal operation of a diesel engine is that well atomized diesel can be accurately and timely injected into the combustion chamber, and the compressed air in the combustion chamber must reach sufficient temperature to ignite and explode. To meet these two conditions, it is necessary to have a sufficiently high engine speed and a certain temperature inside the cylinder when starting the diesel engine. When the diesel engine cannot be started, the reasons should be found from the aspects of starting work, diesel engine fuel supply system, and compression.
(1)環(huán)境溫度太低。在氣溫低的情況下,應(yīng)做好沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的預(yù)熱工作,否則不易起動(dòng)。
(1) The ambient temperature is too low. In low temperature conditions, preheating of the diesel engine should be done well, otherwise it is difficult to start.
(2)起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速低。對(duì)于手搖起動(dòng)的沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組來(lái)說(shuō),應(yīng)逐漸加大轉(zhuǎn)速,然后將減壓手柄扳到非減壓位置,使氣缸內(nèi)有正常的壓縮。如果減壓機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)整不當(dāng)或是氣門頂住了活塞,往往會(huì)感到搖車很費(fèi)力。其特點(diǎn)是曲軸轉(zhuǎn)到某一部位就轉(zhuǎn)不動(dòng)了,但能退回來(lái)。此時(shí),除了檢查減壓機(jī)構(gòu)外,還應(yīng)查看正時(shí)齒輪嚙合關(guān)系是否錯(cuò)了。而對(duì)于使用電起動(dòng)機(jī)的沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組,如果起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速極其緩慢,大多系起動(dòng)機(jī)無(wú)力,并不說(shuō)明沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組本身有故障。應(yīng)對(duì)電器線路方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)檢查,判斷蓄電池是否充足電,各導(dǎo)線連接是否緊固及起動(dòng)機(jī)工作是否正常。
(2) The starting speed is low. For hand cranked diesel engines, the speed should be gradually increased, and then the pressure reducing handle should be turned to the non pressure reducing position to ensure normal compression in the cylinder. If the pressure reducing mechanism is not adjusted properly or the valve is pressed against the piston, it is often difficult to shake the car. Its characteristic is that the crankshaft cannot rotate when it rotates to a certain position, but it can retract. At this point, in addition to checking the pressure reducing mechanism, it is also necessary to check whether the timing gear meshing relationship is incorrect. For diesel engines that use electric starter motors, if the starting speed is extremely slow, it is mostly due to weak starter motors, which does not mean that the diesel engine itself is faulty. Conduct a detailed inspection of the electrical circuit to determine if the battery is fully charged, if all wire connections are secure, and if the starter is working properly.
柴油發(fā)電機(jī)工作時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的熱水經(jīng)發(fā)電機(jī)出水管到達(dá)熱交換管,被冷水池過(guò)來(lái)的冷水進(jìn)行冷卻,沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的循環(huán)熱水水溫下降后流回沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組水箱,經(jīng)水箱再次冷卻后流會(huì)沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組,對(duì)柴油發(fā)電機(jī)進(jìn)行冷卻。
The hot water generated by the diesel generator during operation reaches the heat exchange pipe through the generator outlet pipe and is cooled by the cold water from the cold water tank. The circulating hot water temperature of the diesel engine decreases and flows back to the diesel engine water tank. After being cooled again by the water tank, it flows back to the diesel engine to cool the diesel generator.
冷水池的冷水經(jīng)過(guò)過(guò)濾后被水泵送到熱交換器,冷卻柴油發(fā)電機(jī)的循環(huán)熱水后水溫升高,被送到熱水池。
The cold water in the cold water tank is filtered and pumped to the heat exchanger to cool the circulating hot water of the diesel generator. After the water temperature rises, it is sent to the hot water tank.
熱水池和冷水池互為隔離,只在中間隔離墻上開一個(gè)溢流孔,當(dāng)生活熱水用量很小時(shí),熱水池的熱水通過(guò)溢流孔流到冷水池。
The hot water tank and the cold water tank are isolated from each other, with only one overflow hole opened on the middle isolation wall. When the amount of domestic hot water is very small, the hot water from the hot water tank flows into the cold water tank through the overflow hole.
冷水池的水位由補(bǔ)水水位工作閥門自動(dòng)控制,水位控制閥的控制水位比溢流孔位低200mm,當(dāng)生活熱水量很大時(shí),冷卻水池的水位由補(bǔ)給水管自動(dòng)補(bǔ)給。
The water level of the cold water tank is automatically controlled by the replenishment water level working valve. The control water level of the water level control valve is 200mm lower than the overflow hole position. When the amount of domestic hot water is large, the water level of the cooling water tank is automatically replenished by the supply water pipe.
根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),熱水的產(chǎn)量計(jì)算方程式為: 熱水量(KG)=(發(fā)電機(jī)功率*發(fā)電機(jī)負(fù)荷率*發(fā)電機(jī)工作時(shí)間*200)/(熱水溫度-大氣溫度) 例:一臺(tái)310kw的柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組,發(fā)電機(jī)負(fù)荷率為0.7,發(fā)電機(jī)工作小時(shí)為1小時(shí),大氣穩(wěn)定為15攝氏度,如熱水溫度為60攝氏度,則熱水的產(chǎn)量為:(310*0.7*12*200)/(60-15)=11573kg。
According to the measured data, the formula for calculating the production of hot water is: Hot water quantity (KG)=(generator power * generator load rate * generator working time * 200)/(hot water temperature - atmospheric temperature). For example, a 310kw diesel generator set has a generator load rate of 0.7, a generator working hour of 1 hour, and an atmospheric stability of 15 degrees Celsius. If the hot water temperature is 60 degrees Celsius, the production of hot water is: (310 * 0.7 * 12 * 200)/(60-15)=11573kg.
